I can just see Miranda, Carrie, Charlotte and Samantha sitting down at the latest bar sipping pink cosmopolitan’s talking about the Stork OTC. I am almost positive if the Stork OTC was on the market when the show aired that it would have been written into Charlotte’s infertility story coupled with her acupuncture experience. The Stork OTC is the modern way of helping all of us make incredible healthy babies.
By now you know that I am a huge fan of the Stork OTC. After 2 IUI’s, five IVF cycles, one PGS tested FET, multiple hysteroscopies and a laparoscopy. Going from “Unexplained Infertility” for three years to finally being diagnosed with stage three Endometriosis this past October, I welcome the Stork OTC with open arms. Besides using the Stork OTC each month, I take the Stork OTC on every trip we take. This past summer we were in New York City for a wedding, and it timed perfectly with my ovulation. One might feel uncomfortable with the thought of having to use a device to help them get pregnant we look at it as an incredible gift. If you missed my last couple of posts about the Stork OTC, you could read it here and here.
I look at the Stork OTC as an added bonus to our fertility journey. Not only is the device FDA approved it works. I recently wrote an article for EmpowHER.com and interviewed two different couples that were successful with the Stork OTC read it here. One of the couples had been through extreme loss multiple times and then was successful with the Stork OTC. Success stories like these are what keep all of us going, dreaming and praying for our little miracle.
We started out our New York City weekend at The Westhouse boutique hotel. It was love at first site when I saw their Nespresso maker where I made decaf cappuccinos all day long on the terrace. The Westhouse is located right in midtown which made getting around to all our favorite spots a breeze. WestHouse Hotel New York offers a vast array of bespoke and unlimited privileges, from breakfast, light fare and cocktails served daily in The Den to high tea daily on the terrace and high-speed WiFi, covered by their nightly Residents Fee.
I know you must be thinking how unromantic using a device to make a baby. It’s all in how you look at things in life. You could believe that (read Glass Half Full see above) but then you would be missing a tremendous opportunity. If you have been struggling to get pregnant or you have been through the IVF grinder, you have more of an open mind when it comes to getting a little help with procreating. If you are just starting out on your fertility journey and are not open to fertility drugs or treatments and want a natural alternative, the Stork OTC is your answer. I love how private using this device is compared to going to a fertility clinic and how easy it is. I will have a full review on the Stork OTC up on YouTube this month including details on my favorite First Response Ovulation Kit. I will be including some tips and tricks on how to use the Stork OTC and not make any mistakes like I did when I first used it.
Of course, I can’t write a post without a little fashion infused into it. This past year for special events I have turned to Rent the Runway an easy way to rent an evening dress that you will wear once. I love that I can rent a dress that I wouldn’t usually buy. For this wedding I rented two different Herve Leger dresses (one for the ceremony and one for the reception). It’s incredibly simple the entire process. I order online the dresses I want, they get delivered for either a 4-day rental or a 6-day rental. I wear the dress for the events, and then I pack them back up in the garment bag, zip it up, and it’s ready to be dropped off at any UPS drop box. It’s a little bit of a pain finding and getting to the UPS drop box when you are in the city, but it’s a small hassle compared to buying a $2000 dress.
Instead of being stressed out when weddings, travel and life, in general, get in the way of our baby making time, I am relaxing, enjoying every moment because I know that I am covered using the Stork OTC. It’s almost like a safety net.
